I don't quite understand if it's important for me to take out Fire and/or Building insurance if I am living in my own flat.
Does the Building owners corporation take out insurance already for the physical building? eg if the building were to be destroyed, would it already be covered?
Or do I need to take out my own coverage for this?
And is "Fire" insurance the same thing as "Building insurance"?
