27th January 2022 – (Hong Kong) The 50-year-old Morning Star Travel Service Limited said today (27th) that the directors of the company have passed a resolution to initiate the voluntary winding-up procedure in accordance with Section 241 of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, and the company will organise the first meeting of creditors at 3.30pm on 16th February at Duke Of Windsor Social Services Building in Wanchai, Hong Kong.
In December 2020, Morning Star Travel was sued by the creditors with the High Court for liquidation, and it was scheduled to be heard on 10th March 2021.
