Above Kowloon Station

I am moving to Hong Kong later this year. I will work in Hung Hom. Does anyone have a comment please about the new apartment blocks above Kowloon Station such as Waterside and Sorrento? They seem quite empty still and lots of agents are trying to lease them out.


Positive points seem to be, near the city, good views, new so good kitchens and bathrooms. Can negotiate as lots on the market.


Negative, not good for public transport (except to the airport), no useful shops nearby, feels a bit out of the way? Will I have any neighbours at all?


Can anyone comment please also on the new apartments in Hung Hom near the water and what this area is like for living in? Thanks.
