I'm considering moving into a flat in Cartwright Gardens at 1 Bonham Rd. Noticed the water is brown. Has anyone else in the area noticed that? What can be done about it/

I would suggest you dont move into a building with brown water - it usually means rusty pipes and it may be a while before they change the pipes.

I kept hearing on RTHK3 that a Swedish guy (35 years old) died in the lobby of this building today. I am sure it is not connected in anyway by the water in the building, but I have heard and read about some unpleasant things to do with that blue building on Bonham Road. Frightening!
