To Anyone living at Bamboo Grove - I would welcome any comments as to whether the place is really 'just families'. I am single and so wonder whether living here will be torturous if it's overrun with children (not that i don't love your little chrubs but am jsut looking for some peace and quiet in the evenings / at weekends).
Alternatively, would the Leighton Hill be a better option?

Yes there are a lot of families there mainly because of the facilities available etc. However, I know the complex well and actually know many single professionals that live there that are really happy with the place. Any large complex will always have its fair share of kiddies.
