is it possible to get a flat for around hkd5k? around 450 sqf, 1-2 BR, sparsely furnished, east/west/central HK, +mgt fee, utilities not included. i'm currently paying 12k for a Tai Koo flat same specs as above (bigger space) but i plan on moving out in the next month or so.

for a nice place... fully furnished... and amenities... central... walk to work (provided you work in cnetral).11K +mgmt fee, utilities not included.
