I have 40K-50K budget, working in Central, 2 kids (2 and 4 years old) and 2 wks left to find the apartment in HK. (I moved here last week and still struggle to find the right place) I've been visiting several places and I narrowed my choices down to this two places, robinson road and bel-air. One is very convenient to live (my work place is in Central) and the other has such a good facilities for my kids. If I choose one , I have to give up the other.
What would you recommend if you have these two options?

thank you for your considerate reply. My wife loves Bel-Air so much, but most of my co-workers doesn't recommend it. My agency took me to 3 apts in mid-level and 1 belchers and 1 bel-airs. I will look around more and make final decision. Your reply might help me a lot.
