Mortgage on Philippine Property

I am HK resident (Not P.R.) and look urgently for a bank or other financial institutes where I can put a mortgage on my properties in the Manila Philippine.

Who can help? Thx

No Luck!! Banks in HKG don't give a loan because they con't and don't want to handle with property in the Philippine and banks in the Philippine can't give a loan/mortgage to a foreigner. They request as least a Philippine co-signer.

I bought my properties 5 years ago and they are fully paid! I am myself German citizen.

My property is in Metro Manlia, 622 Shaw Blvd., 1552 Mandaluyong City.

Yes, the property is under my name. I have the document title in HkG

If all your papers are in order try the BPI or PNB banks at a push the DBP also are you married to a Philippine lady or try the bank you got your mortgage from

BPI is my house-bank and they don't give mortgage to foreigners. No I am not married, this is actually the problem!
