Hello all, my girlfriend and i plan on getting married soon and i'm thinking of adopting her 2 children (age 3+5), their father is in Hong Kong somewhere but hasn't been sighted in over 3 years nor does he or has he ever paid any maintenance, what are my options with adopting them or legally becoming their father ?
