Visiting American--Where to Meet Women?

I'm a single American man living in the United States and I'll be visiting Singapore in January. I understand there are many women living there that are interested in meeting American men for dating. How do I go about meeting those women in Singapore if I don't like going to pubs?

Thanks--are there any non-pub "hangouts" for women who prefer American men (certain bookstores, malls, etc.)?

Wow, I think you all misread me in a big way. I'm NOT looking for something quick and dirty at all. I think I may know what's happening. I posted this because I was told that a pocket of Singapore women prefer American men--but may those women don't have a very good reputation-if I'm reading you all correctly. It sounds like they're just after a buck. I'm not about that and I'm sorry if I offended anyone.
