This has nothing to do with marriage and relationships, but I got the following email today from noreply@asiaxpat:
"Your account 0 has received a message from another AsiaXPAT user."
So I checked and found the following heartwrenching appeal:

While 80% of the money will go to charity organization and helpingthe orphanage. I grew up as an Orphan and i dont have anybody/family member to take care of my wealth. The total money in question is $3.5million dollars. I will provide you with other information¡¯s once you indicate your willingness.

Has anyone else received c**p like this? I expect it from time to time in my email, but not within a site like Asiaxpat...

Haha, that's a good one! Heartwrenching indeed!! Some hope these people have, honestly! Sorry, Ed, to hear these scammers manage to make their way into this kind of message service, but I was just thinking: why do they even bother!? Do they actually think it will WORK? I mean there's no way anyone still falls for this kind of nonsense anymore these days, is there? So why are they doing it?
