I think women fake for many reasons.
The biggest sex organ is the mind.
So because men do not take time (I know this is a generalization so please don't be offended) to know the woman's mind/who she is, likes , dislikes or what turns the her "on", because it is a bit different with each woman.
If a guy doesn't try and get to know the women he won't know how to turn her on. This is probably a primitive way of a woman determining if a man will really care for her.
Don't mean to scare guys, but it isn't just technique, yes there are similar things with women, but intimacy and caring is a real turn on.
I find I have to train the guy... and depending on whether he wants ME to have one or not, is part of it too.
If he is in it for himself... then I have to figure out what I want.
To get it over with or figure out a way to get one myself.
This is where fantasy comes in and then I'm not really with the guy in the first place.
It is a bit of a drag.
If the guy is there, really there, then it is awesome.
I think it has to do with intimacy and vunerablity.
If they aren't there, neither am I.

Some women are faking it to get done with it, when the guy is being sooo nice and trying sooo hard to please you, but you know it's not going anywhere, and somehow don't know how to say it. Ok, that's hypocrisy, not my thing.
But it's always possible to give them a hand... I mean litteraly. The man is not the only one allowed to touch the woman's body, and after all she's the one who knows her own body better (or should know...), and never should stay there lying, hoping he will finally find the right 'button'. Find it yourself, show him!
