It's a harmless little crush, you're engaged, and as long as no one makes any serious move to rock the boat, stay where you are.
There is nothing wrong too in getting to know each other and becoming friends, after all, you work in the same office.
Ooooh, I miss that girlie feeling of having someone have a crush on you :O

Having a crush is nice...so long as it doesn't become something at work that makes you feel uncomfy. Every so often, I will meet someone who I am quite taken with, who is smart, funny and cute and I might crush on them a bit. Harmless, as I know that I love my boyfriend and would do nothing to harm him in any way. Perhaps there is someone out there who is crushing on me, but I am blissfully unaware at the moment.
It's flattering to know that someone else finds you attractive and interesting.
He could end up being a great friend to you, you never know.

Agree with most of the posters here that it's flattering to have somebody having a crush on you.
I think you can have a talk to him to find out if he's really into you. If yes, you'd better let him know at this early stage that he has no chance because you're engaged and you have no interest in him. Don't let his feelings develop so deep, you would find youself very uncomfy afterward.
It could be that he's trying to be close to you just because he studied in your country before. It happens quite otfen. So just take it easy and see if you can be close to him as colleagues or not.
