I'm western and doesn't have and never had a religion or any religion teaching, even if i'm baptized, it was not my choice.
Actually, i'm deeply in love with an indonesian woman, we have been together for a year now, she is the perfect woman for me, for that i am sure. I really want to marry her, more likely next year or the end of this year. She is muslim and would like to get married with me has a muslim to do not have trouble with her family has they wouldn't accept a non-muslim in the family.
That's why i want to convert to Islam, for love. But i want to know more about Islam before making a decision. I would like to know which Imam i have to meet to have good advice about re-convertion.
Thank you.

Thanks for your advices, and thanks for your links voiceofreason. I think i will convert, but i will learn more about the religion first. I would prefer to do not convert, and to keep my love, but i don't want to lose her as she could be the one. I will take time first to try to convince her that the religion cannot be a problem to get married. But as she left indonesia 10 years ago, and that she has a western style life for many years, i wish she will overcome this idea of marriage between muslim is the best thing to do for her. But if i have to, i will.
