It all depends on your reasons for dating him: If it is to revenge your ex-husband, it's morally wrong. If it's because you have loved him for ages but you wouldn't have an affair when you were married - that's fine. If it's because you have suddenly fallen deeply and passionately in love and just can't help yourself - that's okay too. Of course, this is just my personal opinion. You need to look into your heart and see the truth. All the best.

you have to, if not talk to your ex, talk to the friend and see if they're ok with it. have to have to.
make yourself clear you're not being malicious, otherwise there'll be talk, then there'll be strain, then there'll be unhappiness.

Put it this way, there is an unspoken code about NOT dating your friends ex-b/fs. If you do be prepared to be mateless.

There are no rights or wrongs. It's destiny at the end of the day so just go with the flow and don't blame yourself for anything. Life is too short and we define the rule we want to follow. Cheers!
