My boyfriend is going to be 30 soon-any ideas as to what to get him? I want it to be something really special that he will remember, or something unusual/unique.

Football and rugby-(watching, not playing)-typical boy things! Travelling too. He's based in England and i'm going back there to live, just in time for his 30th-i'm thinking along the lines of taking him on holiday somewhere, but also want to get him something he can keep.

Holiday places in Europe.... how about Praag? Very nice and romantic. :)Cheap beer and great goulash.
Italy! - great food and wine! Plus you can sneak out and so some shopping.

Have you considered the helicopter ride around HK island. You could do that and have the heli land on a private yacht where you will have champagne and oysters ready for action. After dinner and you know what, surprise him by hiring the cast of Cats to do a private showing on the boat. Maybe have them jump into song when he returns from the toilet. Imagine the surprise. If you can't book Cats, look into hiring a celebrity. if he likes football, i hear you can get Cantona for a pretty good deal these days. He'll come and have dinner with your man.
