Kids are great but make your relationship much harder.

Most important thing is to make time for each other (just go out for dinner sometimes - get drunk and go to a silly disco) - and mainly to LISTEN to each other.

If you know the other likes something - buy it for them. I bought my partner a giant jar of cashews cos he loves them and the kids always eat up all his supply of little packets - he was so happy - it IS the little things! He hid them in his wardrobe.

Also keeping your bikini waxes regular is kind of a must, he never said anything, but after letting it go for ages and finally getting one, I realised it made a very big difference for him.

Ive been reading what other ppl post about their relationships. It's really scary to see how some people just lose their feeling after 10 yrs of marriage life. Some with their kids hanging there.

Does love just fade away like this? I started losing my trust on relationship. How do you keep both parties happy for a long run? How do you know you are doing the right thing and the partner isn't too bored with you? Women get old, do most men just run off to some young chicks when ur old?

I hav heard that kids are the spices of a marriage...After reading all the posts now seems to me that they are the only things which make guys to stay in the relationship. (maybe even only for a while, though)

ppl here are supposed to exposed their relationship and problems, or as bored as a visitor like me, otherwise there are other more positive things to do in life than looking into some sad stories and start to be suspicious in relationship.
