My boyfriend recently told me that he had found someone else, and I am devastated! This should however come as a surprise to me, as long distance relationship does not work, and I did wonder how long our relationship would last, and now I have my answer. I am trying very hard to come to terms with this, and hopefully time will heal once again. It is like the adage – ‘nothing lasts forever’, and 'this will pass', and so one must appreciate the good times! Writing this note is my way of trying hard to let this go. Sob!

its alright, i know how it ffeels, except i dont have bf's cuz im a guy, but i have had a few relationships and none of them ever last that long... and so all i have to say is that... yes it will take time to heal your fractured heart, but remember (i love this saying) there are plenty of fish in the sea.

After a few failed relationships, I think I should just forget about relationships. Why bother,and such a waste of time! I think I should just focus on making money instead.

that is a great idea, parse8 - one of my best girl friends did that two years ago - consciously desided to stop dating, full stop. no more relationships.
now she is rich(er), busy (more work and projects than she knows what to do with), does whatever she wants when she wants to, and is totally relaxed, happy, and gorgeous because she is problem-free. ;-)

please don't get me wrong...there is nothing wrong with working hard and making money...but, that can't replace a warm kiss, someone to listen to you vent out your fustrations at work, to keep you warm at night...to make you chicken soup when you are sick...or to just grow old with...

One never has any control over how the relationship turns out. Some people are lucky being able to find someone who they want to spend the rest of their lives with, and yet some people move from one relationship to another. That is life, and I will accept whatever comes my way. Has a great couple night sleep, and so I am feeling lot better. Will try to move on!
