I really nice some advice. Been seeing this guy for a bit more than a month. we enjoy each other company and do gt along very well. as we leave in different cities. I need to know how he looks at this relationship.

He kept saying he likes me and even pay me the ticket to come to see him. but he refuse to call me his girlfriend coz we don't know each other too well and he doesn't want to rush in a relationship and ended up diaster just like his previous relationship.

What am I going to do? he seems like a confuse and selfish man in relationship. should I just sit here wait and see or should I just walk away?

It seems you know what to do already. So, why don't you just go ahead and do it?

What is in 'being called a gf' anyway, my dear? For me, a careful guy is a wondeful guy (not a selfish one as you suggest). And you, being a wonderfulday girl, perhaps, you deserve better.

Get wise and do the right thing, sweetheart!

I'll be very cautious if I only have been seeing a guy for more than a month but he started to call me his gf. Title doesn't mean anything. Your true feeling about him is more important.

Hi Wonderfulday,

Perhaps you should look at this situation of being in two different cities as a new chapter in your relationship...be that friendship, romantic friends or whatever it becomes.

It seems to me that there is great advantage to not having a "boyfriend/girlfriend" label at this stage. It will give you both room and time to slowly define your relationship as it develops.

His not using label may mean that he see commitement as a serious matter and wants to be absolutely sure. If he needs time to do so, then it is surely better than someone who is too quick to say "girlfriend" but looks upon it as something as causual as changing his daily clothes.

In any relationship, communication is important. So do find a relaxing opportunity to sit and talk over coffee.
