I believed after every cloud lies a silver lining. But I have been in this abyss since forever.

After breaking up with my boy friend last year life has been so hard. Cant seem to meet anyone or nothing really makes sense. He was my soul mate but of course he didnt feeel the same.

I m so lost n lonely now! Friends always try to cheer you up and say your nice looking nice girl..but i never meet anyone? WIll i be like this forever? Im so sad , i used to be fun n funnier , but i cant even remember when i last laughed...

Which bf was this? Not the one who was all grossly inappropriate in public, was it? I sure hope not, chica! Lol. Cheer up...you are feeling down again and maybe its that time of the year (summer coming round) when you feel "Man, my job sucks...my love life sucks...my life sucks..." Arrrr, come on, its not that bad...and I have been saying this for years...you expect too much and you go into things hoping that each successive one will be "the one" when really, you should just let your hair down and stop trying to make them the one.


Nemesis has a wee point there...just take folks as they come, have a little bit of fun, try not to get too serious and then the serious ones will stick around. Dont get depressed, just remember, everyone has their down times...hell, I have had some phenomenal falls in life but I just keep on trucking because if I didnt, what would be the point of life in the first place, right? People come and people go...you wont date anyone if you simply sit on the bench for all time...proactive, you ARE a pretty girl, just...positive think your way out of this!

yeah guys i guess you know me the old timers!! i have a pattern where i tend ot fall towards the negative often . I forget i have a good life good family and a few solid friends.Yeah it gets lonely in hk specially when most of yoour peer group is dating, married and stuff. Maybe I should chill and let go and move on !! but this silly pattern sucks me in man!! thanks :)

Well it's been about a year, right? Just go out there and meet ppl 1st not a potential lover. I had problems getting back to dating scene when I came outta my 6 years relationship. The more ppl you meet and talk to the more confident you'll get. It's not an exact science but having low self esteem is not gonna help you win brownie points from guys. The last thing you should do is to drag you failed relationship theme where ever you go. Guys don't wanna hear that...trust me. Anyway good luck....
