Who are you giving the gift to? Your partner (male/female?) or friends or relatives? Hard to answer with so little background info.

Yeah, it's a bit hard to answer cos we don't know them. But I'll try and suggest anyway....
- 2 gifts of things they can do together that will cater (hopefully) to each of them. For her, you can get a couple's day spa for them to enjoy, I hear Plateau at the Grand Hyatt is nice. And then for him, you can get them a pair of top end tickets for Top Gear Live (Feb 20 - 21, $988 each) if he's into cars (and what guy isn't)
- Something to do with each of their hobbies? (only you'd know what that would be)
- Depending on your budget, you could treat them to a short holiday or a long weekend somewhere. You can do up a voucher (maybe give them a list of destinations to suit your budget) and give to them in an envelope. Then they can sort out when they're free and you book and pay for flights and hotel for them. If they have kids, you might want to offer to pay for a sitter as well or look after the kids for them while they're away. (if they don't have a helper)
- And the above is too expensive an option, then you can tone it down and book them a weekend at a nice hotel in HK or Macau, plus throw in a nice dinner and still look after the kids for them, so they can have some couples time.
- Depending on how much time you have, you might enlist the help of family and friends to create a scapebook or CD rom of pictures of their lives together so far. Or a nice framed picture of the both of them, with a fancy dinner thrown in?
- Or if they haven't had any professional pics taken, you can book a photographer and arange that for them so they have some nice family pics. If you want, I can give you the name of a professional photographer friend of mine.
- Something for the house...have they been talking about getting a bigger TV? A new bed? New stereo? Nice bed sheets? Anything??
If you put some thought into it, I'm sure they'll love whatever you decide to give.
Good luck, let me know what you end up giving!

the post ended a while ago, but just in case someone needs gift for couples in the future, i'm an expat florist, and our flower shop have "Just the two of us" sets, with Moet Champagne, candle, floral arrangement, and our partner's families are key suppliers in Hong Kong for caviar and japanese snow crab, so if any of these sparks any interest, we'd be more than glad to send your blessings along :)
