Well, if you are thinking marriage, one of you will have to move! Why not consider doing this BEFORE marriage so that you can see whether or not the two of you are compatible when you are physically together?

LDRs, penpals, online-dating, are all the same in as much as your spend more time together in your imagination than you do in reality. So much of what you think you know about the other person, and much of what you feel about the other person, is from your own thinking of what they must be like.


This is why people can have an on-line relationship (lasting several months) with somebody they really feel for, but within minutes (or seconds) of meeting they know this will not work.


I know you two have actually spent time together, but basically you probably know very little about each other. Absence does make the heart go fonder, it also distorts reality.
