I meet a guy who just came to HK for 4 months. After we met the first time, he either sent me email or SMS everyday. After we met on Saturday afternoon and he also wanted to meet on Sunday for lunch...
Is he just too lonely or does it mean he is interested to go further with me?
Anyway we only know each other for 8 days but we have many emails, SMS and went out for 3 times...

If he is leaving in 4 months and you are not willing to expose yourself to that kind of gut wrenching experience, I highly recommend that you avoid taking the situation past "buddy" phase.
No matter how people think they would be able to handle it, they cannot predict how crappy something like this can make em feel in real life.
Stay friends, don't bother questioning if he is into you or not. Because you are going for the "unavailable" option, which says more about you than him.
If you dont want to be crying in your tea in 4 months, don't bother.

Hi All, this thread is activated again... Maybe I will give an update. He is an Indian man who works in HK. He has been staying here for half year and may stay for another year or more. We are still seeing each other and in close touch. We enjoy the intimacy with each other. He clearly understand that I am not into casual relationship but how would I know if he is serious about me? Obviously we have cultural differences and need a lot of efforts to bridge up the gap.
At his age of mid forties still hasnt got married nor into any love relationship before, that he behaved so different to my previous dates.
Maybe at this stage I should just enjoy our time together and not to think too much about future.
