Hi, Guys,
I am wondering if I am crazy. It is very difficult for me to fall asleep at night. And at certain point, I am getting anxious and feel like hurting someone else or myself. I am quite normal during day time at work though, except tired and lack of sleep. Hate noise and light. Slightly movement for example curtain blows by wind or distant vehicle horns would wake me up and then no sleep at all. Tried sleeping pills, did not want to depend on it. Sleeping pills make me sleep very quickly and will wake up at middle night or early morning. Hate everything and angry at everything. Am I mad?

It might be a painless migraine if you hate noise and light. Have a check-up as a start.

You should see a GP, it could be some kind of hormone thing. If they don't think it's physical they might send you to a psych. It's nothing to be ashamed of, you need proper advice specific to your condition, be it psychological or phsyical.
It does sound like anxiety/stress though. Try hitting the gym for half an hour a day, that helps me A LOT for this kind of thing.

I agree, running for an hour each day helped me with my insomnia issues. I would wake at 3am and then not fall asleep until 5 or 6am, it got so bad that I didn't bother trying to fall back to sleep at all.
No problem with that now.
