Non consummation is grounds for annulment. Simply put - if the women refuses on her wedding night, the marriage is null and void.
In this case it seems there was quite a wild ride earlier in the day, and many times before they were married, and more since. And now the woman says she was raped multiple times. So, why did she stick with him ? I'm inclined to agree with the groom - she is contriving a reason for divorce.
