My wife is a malaysia citizen, and we registered our marriage in HK in May 2013. For certain reasons, we decided divorce would be best for both of us, and we just went through the divorce in Malaysia.
my question is: 1) does HK recognize the divorce in Malysia? 2) what are the actions required for me to expire my marrage registration in HK? thanks in advance for your advice!
