Hi to all I am new in this site. I would like to have an advice on how to apply divorce here in Hong Kong as there's no divorce back home (Philippines). I am married but separated for almost 6yrs.now. Been working here in Hong Kong for 5 yrs. in my passport I'm using his last name as the agency advice me before I would have better chance to get a job here if employers knows I'm married. Is it possible that I can get divorce and marry here even in my passport is still his last name? Your reply to this matter is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Well u can get divorce by contact with any law firm they charge a bit but will salve your problem
