Filipina hk divorced, can marry US fiance?

Hello, anyone here with same situation as mine? Im filipina just got my divorced certificate last week, now planning to apply for fiance visa to US. I went to phil consulate to seek advice if which signature will i use when signing documents but the staff there says i cant get married anywhere as divorced is not recognized in phil. Now im confused and worried if it is possible for me to be granted a fiance visa? Please help me im so confused.

Divorce is not acknowledged under the laws of the Philippines.
Filipino citizens, no matter what their country of residence must follow the procedure indicated in the Family Code of the Philippines to have their marriage nullified or voided by filing a Petition of Annulment of Marriage before the pertinent Office of the Executive Clerk of Court of the Regional Court.
take note the divorce will not be recognized in the Philippines unless you file a petition for recognition of foreign judgment in the Philippines. What may arise if the divorce is not recognized in the Philippines? You may not marry in the Philippines and if you remarry overseas and come to the Philippines your Filipino spouse may file criminal charges against you for bigamy and concubinage which , if found guilty can be jailed for 6 years.
