I'm a Thai citizen and my fiance is British, both got HK PR. We're planning to get married in the UK next year and wondering if anybody knows what type of visa I should get. I found Marriage Visitor Visa on British Consulate site but it said something like both parties have to be non UK citizens, which is not the case for us. (Am I wrong on this?) Also found something about UK Fiancee Visa. Are those the same thing? What kind of documents we need to prepare for them? I've been to the UK twice to visit his family and I was on tourist visa both times. Thanks!
