is it possible to remarry in HK while still married in PI? anyone could help me.

I am married in PI with the my filipino husband. We are 5 years separated. I never use his last name as i never change my marital status ever since. all of my documents are single. We live as a couple fortwo years and have a child.
I am currently working in HK and i met a man i love here. we are in 3 years of relationship. This time my bf wants to marry me here in HK but i dont know how. my passport and etc. are single. it is possible to get marry here? anyone could help me please...what should be the best thing i do? knowing no divorce in PI and annulment is a long process.

yes, its possible. i know someone, filipina, who used the passport of a dead sibling in order to marry a guy in HK because her previous hubby would not give her a divorce. so its definately possible, its just a matter of whether its legal. that is all...

If you do marry whilst legally married in another country you would commit quite a serious criminal offence here in Hong Kong. Should this new marriage not work it is highly likely that your legal status would be revealed and your rights severely restricted in terms of maintenance and custody settlements.
Divorce is not possible in the Philippines but you can divorce your Philippine partner here in Hong Kong and then remarry. I would suggest you get some legal advice on your plans rather than try to find a way around the legal position.
