Hello,
Actually I have a tourist visa but my wife is a hk resident and we get marry 2 month ago and we have a baby..now I'm applying a dependent visa with her. she is not working but she get the money from the government every month and we are living with her parents...so do you think the immigration will accept my case or not ??

Hello everyone, I just get married last month,my visa now is just domestic helper, do I need to cancel my DH visa before I apply the dependant visa? And how long dependant visa will be able to get, because from what I know I will just have a month notice before really cancel my domestic visa, please help if anyone know?
