hi there I would like to ask if how can one get married in hongkong???

My bestfriend has a long time boyfriend in hongkong and by 2013 he will be a resident there but my friend is married her in the Philippines can that be done???

and if possible what are the requirements???

Your friend is married in the Philippines...to whom? Someone else?

Erm....

An additional marriage, without divorce first, will be illegal.

But if your friend wishes to do something illegal, no doubt, where there is a will there is a way.
