I think i'm quite good in control my eating behaviour, i don't like any snack and sweet thing, i keep my meal on time everyday, i like seafood and vegetables.
I only have one problem is i'm alcoholic before and I try to do something to instead this bad habit.

A bit of yoga or a few sit ups are not going to help with the underlying cause. Seek professional help if you are serious about kicking your addiction and getting your health back.

elaine> At those levels you are binge drinking and the effects can be far worse. Even just two days of bingeing can cause neurodegeneration of the brain cells concerned with smell. Four days of bingeing can cause damage to other parts of the brain.
Doctors in Scotland thought patients were more prone to heart attacks on Monday because it's the beginning of the week. They delved deeper and found that most patients had spent the weekend binge drinking - that was why they were dropping dead.
You are still an alcoholic and now you are also a binge drinker. If you really want your life back, stop posting message here and get help NOW.

abcd> She mentioned she "was" an alcoholic in her third post. Did you not read it?
And yes, drinking a bottle of wine on Friday and Saturday nights makes her a binge drinker. This is according to research in the US and UK. And the effects of binge drinking includes neurodegeneration. Research has shown this is not always the case for alcoholics but is so for binge drinkers.
If the amount of drinking was spread over the week, the effects would not be the same.
So my question to you is: why do you think brain damage is a joke?

"BTW according to what standards and set by whom is this called binge drinking?"
Well I could direct you to the research but I get the feeling you have reasons why you won't read it.
"its about live and let live"
No, it's not. It's about live and let die.
