The reasons the numbers don't work is obvious:


Either men lie (on the high side) about the numbers of partners, and women lie (on the low side) - Or there are a few women out there getting a really huge amount of sex.

Maybe they interviewed 1 guy from Brazil which skewed the male number. I saw a Brazilian guy try to chat up 2 women in the time it took for his cappucino to be made. Wasn't even good looking. If he carried on at that rate, he would be bound to get a result by the end of the day. Of course, most women probably wouldn't classify a knee-trembler with a Brazilian at Starbucks as a sexual relationship. It would probably be filed in the 'oops' column if my limited understanding of women is correct.

What do shady holidays and gays have to do with this study that claims that men have slept with more partners than women?
