Mr. Lonely, I am surprise how you set your priority, your brothers over your own son, no wonder your wife is pissed off with you, you can't even suport your son but u still produce another baby, pardon me, but you need to be more repsonsible and organise.

in HK divorce is very striagtforward if you agree to child support. esp if living apart for over 1yr. children come first though in all divorce proceeding here and you must support your child. you need to prove your income etc, and to be honest 4k is a lot on your salary. i think you need to talk things through with your ex partner and both seek legal advice that offers a realistic solution.
i appreciate you are trying to improve life for your siblings, but agree you were irresponsible bringing another child into your life you cannot support.
