I know this guy who would contact me weekly and sometimes we meet up, sometimes its just saying HI over SMS. I realise that he has quite a bad memory about things I had said. I thought if someone was interested in me, he'd remember details?
An example, we were sort of laying out our weekend schedules for the next couple of weeks, and he told me he was going to be away for a particular week. Incidentally, I would be away that week too. But when that week came by, apparently he wasn't away but was at a party, and totally forgot I was out of the country.

Just this weekend, I was standing at a crossing with my bf, and I said straight to his face, 'Oh look, that's where Seahorse has moved to.' Then the very next day we were standing at the very same crossing, and he looked up and said, 'I found Seahorse.'

Interesting insights. Well, to be honest, it isn't anything intense, on his part or mine. Heck, its not even a relationship, so the meet-up pattern is ok with me (have met guys who would meet you on Friday, Saturday and Sun, plus, text or email daily, but they turned out to be great dissapointments). But yes, I guess if it bothers me that he doesn't remember what I say (enough for me to post it on this forum), it means something must have developed on my end. Sigh. I was just telling my friends its a simple fling and no way in heaven, hell or earth I would fall for someone like him. Why? He's just not my type.
Gosh, Why do feelings creep up on us suddenly? I really don't want to feel this way. I need to be in control.
