I married with Indonesian refugee

Hi I'm a hong Kong resident. And I got married with my girlfriend who's a refugee in hong Kong. So I just wanted to ask what should be my next step to have my wife a hkid so she can work together with me ?? Thanks for help

U must write a latter that u ask them to give her hkid to so she can help you with the rent , make a story and she will get hkid but never could leave hong kong be

what you had to do is that first of all you need to approach immigration department and made a application for the residence permit for your wife.
Along the application you could write a letter to withdraw from the refugee status of your wife.
A refugee can be residence upon marrying hk residence. But make sure before that you had the following things with you.
1: Place of residence. (means the tenancy agreement is on your name)
2: You salary must be that much that you can support yourself and your wife. (Lets say 13-15k)
3: MPF contribution is in place.
4: Very good that if you provide any tax return.
5: Make sure you are not a defaulter of any bank. If yes please settle things before you made application.
