Has anyone had any experience with custom made wedding dresses in Hong Kong or China? I want a high quality dress and don't want to pay thousands...are there any trustworthy places that you're aware of? I know some of the designers' factories are located in Guangzhou..are you aware of any rogue seamstresses who will make me a couture dress for a little extra money on the side?

I believe there are many wedding shops(over 100 I was told) in Golden Plaza, Nathan road Mongkok Kowloon, I am sure you can bargain and get the dress of your dreams and probably have it altered to custom fit.

Kimberly Road TST has many wedding dress shops. I am not sure if they offer the dresses for rent or sale.
