I met just this guy with his group of friends. Some of his friends are singles too. We went out as a group a few times. He has my contact details but he has never called me.
When we talked, I felt the sparks. Should I move on? Or do you think he will call later?

Well, why dont u try to provoke him in front of him when he's alone or on the way to bathroom by saying that you bumped up to him where n where (places he could have been) but he completely ignored you n ask him if he always does that.
(i know it's a lousy excuse, but can u guys, come up wz something else?)
If he apologizes, grab your chance by that he can make it up by buying you coffee or a lunch (something short and simple, to leave room for further improvement and for safety sake since you do know each other). If he's ignorant, just laugh it off by what kind of dry food "your friend" is. Please do mention "friend", because it clears up the sky with no further intentions and you will know where you stand and what kind of guy you're dealing with.
The point is, girl....you're so infatuated that you can't tell from right or wrong now.
