Longest relationship : 7yrs... till i was about to turn 30, and gave that up when he said he has never thought about marriage! Just ended a 6yrs relationship. Now 38, single and gosh, at times i wonder what will happen next!!! I suppose no prefect situation!!!!!

Actually we were planning to get married as well...how sad...but i think the saddest thing i still think he is the nicest guy i ever met.

sylph> yes, he did cheat on me. I know he met a new rich girl in LKF, and then he went out late very often. One day he behaved very different and i asked him if he did sleep with the girl, he admit and i left the house that second.
We did go out for nearly 10 years but i think that 10 years was a good one and i treasure that. I dun miss him now but glad i had this relationship.

Weetabix - It may get harder to find - ie. initiate - a relationship as you get older, but I don't think it becomes harder to maintain a relationship. Most people mellow out and become more tolerant as they age. Although of course there are those who get more set in their ways.

oh, sh*t, we were meant to give our aGE....not out of vanity but protection....I love it really when everyone actually gasps ( even some close friends who didn't know recently - never tried to hide it but never figure it's important).....but so many men are hung up on age (and women) that I cannot be bothered. Don't mind when employers gasp, when actual credential have to be shown, BUT do mind when people disbelieve what I have done because I am meant to be young....
But must say, good for attracting people on a different level, but a higly superficail way to do it...
