hi,
my son is an expat living and working in hong kong, his girlfriend lives in sa, she has recieved numerous job offers from companies in hk but because of her age, she has been denied a work visa (she is 24) in her field - merchandising. Anyway, what i would like to know, are they able to get married in HK and then he applies for dependent visa while she is still here (her tourist visa allows her a 30 day stay) or should the get married at home and he applies when she is still at home.
