I felt in love once. I'm sure of that because I've never had such a strong feelings a second time in my other couple relations.
But everybody is different, consequently, there are many kinds of love...for me, passion is the essential motor for love; when passion disappears, love collapses... :o(

Love is not black and white. There are shades of grey and those shades change even within a particular relationship. Sometimes your feelings grow stronger, and sometimes they fade.
You could say the stronger the feelings, the more in love you are, but it's all relative, anyway, so what's the point?
Just be happy with the feelings you have, and nurture them, allow them to grow, don't get discouraged at the first sign of imperfection, and let time be the final judge of your love's durability.

Yup. Am now. Love happens in the strangest places, when you are often least looking for it. It might hurt you but you grow from it.
Being in love and loving someone with your whole heart is one of the best things in this world.
Your love will change over the years. You might have periods of ambivalence, but you'll know deep in your heart that you still love your partner. If it does all go tits up, as JC says, you'll find it again or it might even come back to you.

Love is when you change to suit another person you can truly accept; it changes you for the better because you want to be perfect in the eye of your opposite number and you regard him or her as perfect for yourself.
Thus love can be repeated with different people in one's life; whether each love is as satisfying as previous ones is another question.
