Annulment in the Philippines : fast and easy

I'm seeking advice on how to get an annulment in the Philippines... Where to go and how to process them without spending too much. And one more problem is that my exhusband not willing to cooperate with me. I'm separated from him in more than four years. I have three kids from him and they are all living with him with my financial help.

I'm not marrying someone but I just want to live a normal life without him connecting with my name and everything.
