More than four years ago, when I moved to Hong Kong, I saw a thread on this website that a girl saying she has been single for 8 years - and I thought "No Way"; Now I about to leave Hong Kong, I am still single - it adds up to almost 6 years - there must be something wrong with me.
I come alone with suitcases and going to leave alone with suitcases... - I really feel that I am losing capability to have a romantic relationship with men...So sad...

I lived in Hong Kong twice, for extended periods both times; arrived single, and left single, both times. In between I was in relationships, but probably made bad choices and was not in the best of emotional health anyway.
Others will have different experiences, but from my personal experience Hong Kong is not the most conducive place for establishing strong, durable, relationships - or for maintaining relationships either.
I recommend that when you relocate, you put a higher priority on establishing and nurturing all the relationships in your life - amongst family, friends, at work, and at play. Join up with others to do things that you enjoy. Do not focus too much on finding that one special person - that will eventually happen. It happened for me, but I needed the help of mutual friends to make it happen!
