Hi all,
I wonder if anyone can help me with this...
I am currently working in Hong Kong and living with my fiance. We both have our own work visa's. My work visa expires in May next year and we are getting married in September next year. I don't really want to extend my work visa as I would rather not work in the months leading up to our wedding. So, I was wondering; would it be possible to switch over to a tourist visa when my work visa expires? If yes, is it possible to get an extension of stay on this tourist visa due to the fact that we will be getting married in 4 months?
If anyone knows anything about this or has been through anything similar I would appreciate your comments!!
