Qualifications needed to teach kindergarten

Hello There. Can anyone tell me what kind of cert I need to teach in a English kindergarten please? I'm a native English speaker. I don't have a uni degree. Thank you in advance.

Most places say that at a minimum you need to have the QKT (qualified kindergaten teacher cerfificate). but many places will take you with no qualifications especially if you don't need a working visa. I have friends that applied for teaching jobs that had high requirements that they did not meet but they still managed to get the job.

Depends on o lot of factors. You can find work without qualifications but don't expect to get paid much even if you are a native English teacher. Most likely you'll be hired by a small local style school. Anything larger and more international needs at least some kind of teaching qualification. You really need an Early Childhood Qualification and from 2012 all teachers are required to get a certificate in Early Childhood.
