working visa for my indonesian girlfriend

My name is Yann. I am from France. I have been in relationship for many years with an Indonesian girl that I met in Surabaya while I was working there. We are not married.


I have recently opened a French Restaurant in Hong Kong.


My girlfriend is now working as a Domestic Helper in Hong Kong and the family she is working in are Hongkonguese friends of me. She has been working here for one year. It allowed us to be together.


I am thinking about employing her inside the restaurant as a floor supervisor (waitress) because I need somebody trusworthy, that can be responsible of the restaurant while I am out. It would also be a better job for her.


Could anybody tell me any solutions to allow her getting a working visa here. I heard that locals could sponsor Domestic helper to get a working visa to do another job. I know by the way that I will need to prove to the Immigration that she has special skills that a local won't have. But I need more information.
