Boss unfairly deducting pay

What can I do about my boss deducting my pay? My contract is from mon-fri, he's asked me to do a couple of saturday mornings, I declined as I work elsewhere on Sat so he deducted my pay. I work in a Kindergarten part time, contract does say I may be required to work additional hours outside normal hours for meetings, extra curricular activities etc if required by the school. But no mention about extra pay or deduction for this.

Can he get away with docking my pay?

Thanks

Worf, more importantly, if you are on an employment visa, you should not be working for anyone else part-time. Be careful as you can get into a lot of trouble if you are working for someone else part-time.

This does not apply if you're a PR or have a dependant visa.

Getting back to your question - no, your boss is not allowed to deduct pay from your salary.

I'm fine to work elsewhere visa wise. I'll confront him when I get into the last month of my contract (middle of next month)
