Please urgently!!!! If EU citizen can apply for freelance visa?

Dear All,

I was wondering if there is possibility to apply for EU cicizen for "freelance visa"?

I would like to work with two to three companies that would hire me as part-time worker...could I legally gain freelance status and what would I need... any lawyer, special company? Any suggestions???

...I love this city and I want to be part of it!

By the way, I don't acknowledge fake marriage as a recourse.
