Depends on whether you are able to get her a Dependent's Visa I'm afraid. If she has no experience in HK working as a nursing assistant, then the chances of her getting a similar job (in the medical field) will be slim to none. She not only has to speak cantonese, she has to be able to read and write it as well. In any case, if she is able to get a dependent visa (after you two have married), she has the flexibility of applying for jobs without having to worry about getting an employer-sponsor for the visa itself (which will make things easier). The ultimate question is what type of job she can land, based on her qualifications (education, language, experience, previous jobs held, etc).
